Dry and fruity, this rosé seduces by its aromatic expression, elegance and freshness. From the heart of Provence on Julian Faulkner’s family estate, this rosé offers the aromatic quintessence of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, and Rolle, and a careful balance between character and elegance
Mild and fairly dry winter. Early spring with rapid growth and rainy conditions until June, with significant shoot growth and good bunch formation. Summer drought until mid-September, resulting in poor juice yields. The moderate heat in summer and during the harvest nevertheless allowed for complete and balanced ripening of the grapes, producing wines with ripe yet fresh aromas.
50% grenache, 24% cinsault, 12% syrah, 6% cabernet, 8% mourvèdre.
A peachy color. The nose is complex and intense, expressing notes of yellow fruit, powdery rose, and tropical fruit. The palate is full-bodied, the fruit is persistent, and the finish is delicious. Beautiful expression.

Distinctly more fruit and character and substance than the Jules IGP Méditerranée rosé. Peaches and cherry blossom, soft but firm acidity, and lovely texture – like daisy petals. On the finish, fine-ground allspice and caraway.
