LE GRAND CROS

GC

10,00

Peachy colour. The nose is complex and intense with aromas of exotic fruits, strawberry and cherry with a hint of spice. The mouth is full, the fruit persistent and the finish is salivating. Great expression.

The 2020 vintage began with a mild and dry winter leading to an early budding. The beginning of spring was marked by three successive white frosts which affected the future harvest. The vines then took full advantage of the generous rains up until a very hot summer arrived. The drought conditions put a lot of stress on the vines putting further pressure future yields. Fortunately, the rains at the start of the harvest allowed the vines to regain their balance and the grapes to reach their full maturity.

Crisp, delicious and thirst quenching.

It’s creamy and rich and soft, with strawberry candy, melon and a touch of fennel. Very generous and satisfying. Ticks all the boxes.

Super-typical, full-on Provence rosé where the pale colour belies the intensity of fruit. It’s creamy and rich and soft, with strawberry candy, melon and a touch of fennel. Very generous and satisfying. Ticks all the boxes.

Beautifully floral and feminine with some prominent exotic notes. Crisp, delicious and thirst quenching, there are notes of strawberry and mango on the nose, along with herbaceous notes to taste.

Grassy and aromatic and soft with a touch of underripeness but enough fruit to balance. Smooth, silky, a decent summer quaffer.

Fragrant with aromas of freshly crushed berries and exotic fruits, a hint of mango lends a touch of richness to the fresh round palate, with some herbal notes in the mix and a creamy elegance with plenty of freshness on the finish. Brilliant with Provençal staples such as bouillabaisse.

Very pale copper colour, but plenty of aroma concentration with a herby note plus fresh, juicy redcurrant fruits. Really nicely balanced between viscous texture, medium body and soft acidity. Slightly confected fruit, but the finish is dry and savoury and appetising. Lovely!

Fresh aromas of citrus for this structured rosé, round, zesty finish with hints of orange peel.
